CARF-CCAC Accredited

CARF-CCAC is the nation's only accreditor of continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) and aging service networks. Moorings Park has met the highest standards of quality CCRCs and as such has been deemed more financially stable, is committed to providing better quality care and is a better investment for residents.

Standard & Poors Ratings Services has long been known to investors worldwide as a leader of financial market analysis. The service has bestowed an A+ issuer credit rating on Moorings Park, one of the only CCRCs in the country to receive this distinction.

2013 Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Certification

The Waterside neighborhood at Moorings Park was awarded LEED Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for achievement in green homebuilding and design. LEED-certified homes are designed and built to be energy and resource efficient, while also being more healthy and durable for the occupants.

2013 Governor's Gold Seal Award

The Chateau at Moorings Park was one of only five Florida nursing homes in the state to receive the Governor's Gold Seal Award which recognizes nursing homes that demonstrate the highest standards of quality of life and care for their residents.

2015 Excel Awards

Moorings Park at Grey Oaks was awarded four Excel Awards at the Southeast Building Conference including: best direct mail, best newsletter, best e-newsletter and best online marketing campaign.

2015 Sand Dollar Awards

Moorings Park at Grey Oaks received two Sand Dollar Awards from the Collier Building Industry Association including best rendering and best newsletter.
